Description: 

The Alternative Space  is searching for trainee to participate in our project. The internship is located in Varna, Bulgaria.

The aim of our project is to develop an alternative youth space for sports, fun, education and free time activities called Hale 3. We have started our idea already and we need young and motivated trainees to help us make it better and more popular among the youth of the city of Varna as well as among youth and organizations from the entire world.

What are we want to develop in the Alternative space – Hale 3

- New ramp line

- New stage for theater, parties and concerts

- Co-working space

- Chill out zone  

- Cinema hall

- Workshop

- Library

- Photo and video studio

- Recording studio

- Exhibition space

- Workshops and activities

- capturing the whole process

-  Lessons and workshops for – skateboard , inline roller blade , foosball , table tennis , theater , photography , cinematography , 3D printing

- Repair the space under the form of workshops for working with wood, iron, and glass, stone and concrete

Additional Information

Trainees will be involved in the following tasks according to their profile and interests: Support the process of designing the space and the equipment Take pictures during events Film the events and the activities Support the online promotion Learning outcomes: As a result of the service trainees will improve following skills and knowledge: Communication skills- communication in English and Bulgarian, Organizational skills – ability to plan and organize artistic activities and workshops; ability to organize group activities for children and youth; ability to organize sport activities Technical skills – work with wood, iron, glass, stone or concrete, technical project design Digital skills – online promotion and design of promotional materials Social skills - ability to interact with different people Cultural awareness – knowledge about different countries and cultures as well as interaction with people from all around the world Make promotional materials Organize artistic activities and workshops Support the sports lessons All of the trainees will take part in the repairing process and shall spend some time at the reception and welcome the visitors.
