We are looking for a smart and agile person to help us navigate some of the contemporary challenges we face as a small enetrprise when competing for market share in the gardening and pet supplies retail space.
Your responsibilities would touch several areas:
1. Organisational development & human resources
Help us attend to the needs of our remote employees, both operational and personal. Create reports about the functioning of the organisation.
2. Market research and business analytics with Python
Adapt and execute Python scripts to analyse online consumer activity, sales, purchases and market trends.
3. E-commerce oversight & content creation
Learn SEO and Google Ads from our in-house experts. Work on short-term content creation projects to imporve the quality of our advertising.
4. Virtual Executive Assistant tasks
Make new connects across different platforms and set up short online meetings for senior management with new third parties.
We would expect you to to be an effective problem solver and a good communicator both in writing and conversation. We welcome applicants with any background who have demonstrated resolve in their pursuits and can provide some evidence quanititative/programming skills.
