Company Overview:
We are an innovative institute focused on tiny houses on wheels, sustainable toilet solutions, water savings, food production, and the circular economy. We are receiving funds for a side project involving the renovation of camper trailers. Our mission is to create sustainable, efficient, and beautiful living spaces that cater to modern lifestyles and environmental consciousness. We are looking for passionate and driven Erasmus interns to join our team and help us achieve our vision.

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to fill the simultaneous roles of Market Research Analyst, Business Development Specialist, and Marketing and Communications Specialist. This multifaceted internship offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across market analysis, business development, and marketing, crucial for the success of our startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research Analyst:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the tiny house and camper trailer industry.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings to the team.
- Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Business Development Specialist:
- Develop and refine the company’s business plan and strategy in alignment with market research insights.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.

Marketing and Communications Specialist:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our tiny houses and renovation services.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with customers and the community to build brand awareness and loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of financial analysis, business planning, and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, with a keen interest in startups and sustainable living solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and market research tools.
