Description: 

Coding Bootcamp Praha is the sister company of the real estate crowdfunding platform, BrikkApp. This position will work exclusively with the BrikkApp team. BrikkApp is an online real estate investment and research company, seeking to democratize real estate investments for everyone. Traditionally an investment vehicle of the ultra-wealthy, BrikkApp seeks to provide investors with real estate investments starting from 100 EUR.

 

BrikkApp makes investing property crowdfunding easy (check BrikkApp: https://www.brikkapp.com).

 

We are looking for market research and lead generation intern to join the team and assist in finding new business opportunities and provide research on the European real estate market. You will work under the guidance of our Head of Market Research.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting research related to the European market in order to identify potential business opportunities

  • Conducting research on real estate crowdfunding platforms

  • Tracking developments in the market and making recommendations based on your findings

  • Reviews and updates to BrikkApp platform pages of real estate crowdfunding platforms

  • Research new ideas for creating engaging content

  • Engagement and communication with potential business partners

  • Working in a team and contributing to the team's goals

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of English (you need to be able to write and communicate to potential business partners in English)

  • You are passionate about business development and the real estate market

  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, and working with data to make informed decisions

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • You have good attention to detail and always double (triple) check your work

  • You are creative and enjoy brainstorming new ways of doing things

  • Interest to grow and expand in sales or real estate

  • Proactivity and willingness to work and learn
