Description:
We are looking for support for our team at our office in Palma de Mallorca! Bjurfors Mallorca is a Swedish real estate agency selling properties in the island of Mallorca. We offer houses and apartments to the Scandinavian, British and German market. We are looking for young and dynamic student with interest in marketing and sales, with good understanding for CRM systems.
- Duration: aprox. 6 months
- Starting Date: April/May
Tasks:
- Support the team on projects
- Writing property descriptions in German or English
- Marketing activities
- CRM maintenance
- Communication with customers and owners of the properties
- Translation and other administration tasks
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English and German. Preferably knowledge in Swedish and Spanish
- Good computer skills
- Impact, motivation and interest in sales and marketing
- Capacity for teamwork
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, reliability and personal responsibility
- Driving License
