Marketing / Communication Intern in Art Streaming Platform

What is WindowSight?

We are a tech-art startup based in Terrassa (Barcelona) that has developed a Streaming Platform to display Visual Art on TVs worldwide. WindowSight wants to become the “Spotify of visual art” and give everyone access to art the same way we can enjoy music, books and films. Find more information at https://windowsight.com

In what stage are we now?

The platform is already on the market with more than 170 renowned artists and +10K artworks and users from all around the world.
In the last few months we incorporated a new Business Account to give access to corporations and institutions to the platform and benefit from being in contact with art and customizing spaces. 

About other projects, we are working on opening the platform to museums, galleries, expositions, foundations,... to be able to share their content through our platform. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can help us with the communications and marketing to boost WindowSight visibility mainly in the B2B sector but also the B2C. Someone motivated to join a small and cohesive team of entrepreneurs who want to revolutionize the art industry and make art accessible to everyone. Someone willing to learn and to contribute with their knowledge and skills to the company and team and who will like to wear different hats and likes to take responsibilities as in any startup, what every single person of the team does, makes a huge impact in it.

Finally, someone who really loves marketing, dealing with communications and social media with interest in art, photography,... and technology

Tasks to do:

• Manage and planning of social media profiles, maintenance and generation of post content mainly to activate Linkedin. Also for instagram, facebook,...

• Write posts and articles for our blog, social media, interviews, etc.

• Creating written material for our platform, website, deal proposals, etc. 

• Generation and management of the marketing campaigns - SEO and SEM. 

• Analysis and improvement of the marketing campaigns

• Analysis and study of user acquisition, retention and monetization to get conclusions and improve the performance of the platform. 

Skills:

• High level of english (speaking, writing and reading)

• Other languages: Catalan, Spanish, French, German, … will be also important. 

• Great selling in management and team leadership. 

• Planning, strategy and digital marketing,...

• Knowledge about CRM like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Excel and others.

• Interest and knowledge on managing social networks, mainly Linkedin.

• Good writing skills in english. 

• Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork.

• Interest in art, photography,... and technology. 

• Eager to contribute with their knowledge and to learn.

Previous experience:

All experience related to the tasks or areas he/she will be doing will be considered positive.

Job offer:

An internship with WindowSight physically or remotely depending on the situation of the candidate. It can be a full-time or part-time internship.
