We are organizing excursions to the nearby towns of Valencia and some trips around Spain. We are a reference in the city, in the field of excursions for local and foreign people.
We organize cultural, gastronomic, adventure excursions, etc., from visits to a village or a winery, to hiking or climbing routes.

We are not looking for a Marketing Assistant / Travel Manager, but a family member passionate about traveling and getting to know destinations in Spain and particularly close to the Valencian Community.
You are going to work in an international family, and for this job. In this job, it is not just making a  booking in a hotel or answering the phone but, Here you will work like family member, where you feel passionate about your work when you describe someone what you do, when you talk with clients.  that's why you have to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, 
You will establish business relationships with various collaborators such as institutes, universities and other agencies and follow their sales. You will work as a team, even organize teambuilding activities for your own team, you will try to maintain the same dynamic work environment, where every day a new sun rises with new ideas and where people come to work because they like to be at work.
If you have this dynamic, a positive attitude, passion for travel, autonomy, responsibility and socialble, this is your job.

We need people with:
· Knowledge in marketing 
· Knowledge Tourism organization travel / excursions.
· Good level of English and Spanish.
· Time flexibility
Tasks to perform:
· Promote routes and travel on Google and social media.
· Planning and organization of routes, services and permits, etc.
· Basic administrative tasks and B2B and B2C reservation management.
· Preparation and monitoring of reports.
· Support in negotiation with suppliers.
· Coordination between collaborators.
· Management and Customer Service by email and telephone.
