Description:

The job in a nutshell:

During a 3 to 6 months internship you will help manage the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Talent Management business within Western Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands). Reporting into one of the Demand Generation Managers for Western Europe, you’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads using both digital marketing and more traditional (physical) marketing and inbound strategies.

You will develop a deep understanding of the market needs through external research and by gaining insights from your Business Line Managers, Sales, and Consulting team members who speak with clients and prospects directly.

You’ll get to work in a rapidly growing business and have an opportunity to make an impact every day within this truly business-critical and highly visible role.

This is you:

  • German or Dutch native speaker, fluent in English – As you will work closely with our German, Dutch & Belgian offices, mastery of German and/or Dutch is a requirement. You will be reporting to one of the Western Europe Demand Generation managers based in France and work closely with the Global Marketing team whose corporate language is English, so fluency in English is a must.
  • Student or graduate in Marketing, Communications or Business with previous experience in a marketing B2B internship or role, executing online and offline campaigns, a strong plus but not a strict requirement.
  • Love to research – You will be excited to explore SEO data, client/prospect data, previous campaign successes and failures and of course keep a close eye on trends, themes and content cravings within the market. This will help you in supporting the team you work with to develop effective messaging and content for website copy, CTAs, advertising, nurturing campaigns and sales emails to generate both an increase in the quantity and quality of leads into the business.
  • Inspired iteration – If you’ve a ‘set and forget’ mindset – you won’t enjoy this role. You'll need to be motivated by continuous improvement and be inquisitive in nature. Alongside your team, you will continuously monitor lead flows from website downloads and campaigns.
  • Results driven – You love getting results and with your team will showcase to the broader business how marketing activities positively impact the business.
  • Engaged - You enjoy taking on challenges and you like ‘rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done’. You will be working within a supportive, dedicated and fun team.
  • Great communicator – your communications skills are top notch and will help you succeed in your role in many ways such as learning from your mentors, connecting with the  Sales teams, and absorbing insight from our many thought leaders.
  • Meticulous about deadlines – Whilst broad deadlines will be set by your Campaign manager, you will set your own micro-deadlines and meet them without sacrificing the quality of your work.
  • Detailed orientated – You have the eye of a hawk and enjoy ensuring things are perfect.

What’s in it for you:

  • A solid start to your marketing career – You’ll get exposure to a broad mix of marketing campaign tactics. At PSI we run broad integrated Marketing programs leveraging digital marketing, event and tradeshow management, third-party advertising and sponsorships:
    • Digital marketing – You will be analysing and optimising webpages in line with market data and insight, formulating and implementing digital lead nurture campaigns (via HubSpot), and will execute SEA/PPC campaigns.
    • Event & Tradeshow management – From concept to completion (and everything in between), you will help run company-owned events and webinars, and identify and leverage the best opportunities for event sponsorship in the market.
  • Exposures beyond standard marketing campaigning – you will be involved in some very exciting projects including product and brand launches, new marketing strategy, and discussing and reflection on local market positioning.
  • Regional and global exposure – Being part of global team, but also part of a regional team that includes Germany, France, Belgium and Netherlands.
  • Collaboration with international Teams – You will work most closely the Demand Generation Managers within the Western Europe Marketing team, but will also have exposure to Senior Leaders, Sales, Account Management and Subject Matter Experts internationally.
