Wakuli – doing good even better
Wakuli is all about the world’s greatest coffee delivered directly to the door of your home or business. We are an e-commerce start-up with a mission: our goal is to create a fair value chain that benefits everyone involved - from the origin, through to the roasting, all the way to your cup and back to its source. We personally source high quality coffee from farmer cooperatives all around the world, roast it in our Amsterdam based roastery, and we sell it through our website www.wakuli.com.

Your role
Write and manage the content of our monthly newsletter to keep our current, past, and potential customers always engaged
Create and implement new ideas for our social media content
Develop new concepts for our on-and offline events making sure to convert every single coffee drinker in a Wakuli lover
Manage our community through our social media channels
Support with the content edition of our website, write blogs
Customer support duties to make sure no-one ever has to wait on an answer or a bag of coffee
Monitor the performance of our social media and e-mail campaigns and come up with new ideas to increase their effectiveness
Your Profile
Currently enrolled or just finished Uni, you are studying ideally Marketing, Communication, Psychology or Economics
Experience with e-mail marketing tools (eg. Mailchimp, Emarsys, etc), Google Analytics is a big plus
Good understanding of social media communication
Passion for writing - you update your personal blog / diary on a regular basis
Creativity and out of the box thinking
Developed analytical skills
Ability to work independently and proactive approach, no 9 to 5 mentality
Not afraid to pack bags of coffee too once a week or serve people
Fluent in English, speaking Dutch is a big advantage
