Description:
We are seeing a Marketing (Public Relations and Social Media) Intern who is excited to apply their knowledge and common sense to real-world writing, media, marketing and PR scenarios. You will be working with a really awesome, small team.
Duties may include:
- writing PR materials or marketing copy including press releases, translation, website copy
- working on Social Media messaging and plans
- creating of media and PR schedules
- taking part in brainstorming sessions
- researching
- assisting the company’s overall marketing and PR campaigns
Minimum Job Requirements
This position requires:
- strong written, proof-reading skills and verbal communication skills
- the ability to work to deadlines and effectively multi-task
- knowledge of social media
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to learn other software programs
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- self-starter who takes initiative and who is highly reliable
- ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization
