Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an active, purposeful, responsible person who is ready to grow with us and is able to achieve the highest goals. It must be committed individuals with perfect Italian to help managing Twitter and Facebook pages for businesses located in Italy. That includes growing followers/likes, active engagement and page maintenance. With us, do not expect the usual annoying work and making coffee. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for various tasks related to social networks, promotions, blogging, therefore, any experience that you may already have regarding social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) Are welcome but not necessary. In the first couple of weeks, you will be introduced to the most important strategies and platforms of social networks in order to prepare you for the independent fulfilment of tasks. After you gain sufficient understanding, you will perform the following tasks:

• creation of attractive content for social networks in Italian and English,
• studying content ideas to improve our presence in social networks,
• keep abreast of trends, strategies and tools related to the management of social networks, and offer ideas for their implementation in our process,
• participation in social networks, communities, chat rooms, etc. to raise awareness of our brands,
• analysis of traffic on social networks, involvement and understanding and generation of ideas for improvement,
• distribution of our content through various channels of social networks to increase traffic to our sites,
• creating an effective publication schedule,
• promotion of content through advertising in social networks and
• Any other social network management tasks we might need along the way.

The knowledge, skills and competencies that you gain will help you build a better career and enable you to continue working confidently in the next chapters of your life. After the internship, you will be able to fully manage the presence of the brand on social networks, which will give you the ticket needed to build a career in any company you rely on. This does not stop at practical skills, although intellectual skills are also of great importance. You will learn how to work effectively both individually and as a team, how to direct your creative potential,you will significantly improve your communication and time management skills.

We provide remote work from anywhere in the world, and we allow ourselves not to sacrifice our precious student summer.
