Marketing Internship at Atlas

We are looking for a Marketing intern who can start on 20th November 2023 and stay for 6 to 6.5 months. If you have any experience with Social media, paid advertising, WordPress and Canva that would be a plus!

This internship is full time, from Monday to Friday.  Mondays from 8.15 am to 4.30 pm and Tuesdays to Fridays from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a 1 hour lunch break included. 

We are looking for someone who will provide support in the following areas:

• Compiling online marketing reports and statistics (using different tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, school management system SAM, Agile CRM, etc.)
• Booking report
• Web traffic reports
• Conversion reports
• Maintaining, editing and creating content
• Website (WordPress)
• Web directories and platforms 
• Keyword work (Google AdWords and on-page)
• On-site SEO
• Lead generation and lead nurturing
• Email workflows
• Conducting Internet research / Competitor analysis
• Work with the Enquiries and Admissions team if necessary 

Work with the Academic Department / FOH Department / Social Programme Department to:

• Conduct week one tutorials with new students.
• Take new students to their classrooms on their first day.
• Support on exam test days as Marshal during exams, if required. 
• Support as social programme leader, if required. 
• Help out with social evenings and student events in the school, if required.
• Support reception at busy times, if needed.

Compensation and benefits:

Salary: €800 per month

Accommodation: 2 free weeks in a host family homestay including breakfast and dinner; after this, this would be €170 per week including breakfast and dinner.

In addition, you're more than welcome to take part in our part-time evening language classes for free throughout your stay and you can sit for a Cambridge Exam at Atlas for free as long as it doesn't interfere with your working hours.
