Description: 

We are currently developing a global B2B SaaS startup project helping to connect ad agencies and marketers. The platform has been launched almost 2 year ago and we are looking for candidates to join our growing team in Warsaw, through an Erasmus+ Traineeship which will ideally lead to full-time employment after a minimum 6-months(and up to 12-months) internship.

This is the perfect opportunity for a proactive-minded, self-starter, who wants to kickstart their career in a sales-oriented role with a strong emphasis on digital all while working in an ad-tech startup in one of the most dynamic cities of eastern Europe.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented sales expert to convert leads into our customers.

Job Duties:

Through persuasion, you will work to convert leads into sales. Your work while focusing on sales will also involve some elements of prospecting, lead generation, and DB management.

  • Contact and follow up to leads via email, social media or call.
  • Positively present Ad World Masters to the target audience you will be assigned (Agency, Marketers, or Martech)
  • Develop engaging email drip and sequences
  • Track conversion and sales with analytics and through the CRM
  • Think outside the box, and find new ways to sell
  • Participate and propose cross-selling, upselling, and promotion
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve more
  • Keep on the lookout for the improvement and sales hack

Requirements:

  • Preferably Master or Bachelor in business, sales, business development or digital marketing
  • Must be eligible to Erasmus+ traineeship Grant
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Being an active internet user knowledge of relevant technology and services (CMS, Social media, Google Analytics, CRM…)
  • Fast and proactive learner enthusiastic personality
  • Sales experience would be a plus

The main product of our startup is a web platform which helps marketers to identify advertising agencies, design studios and other marketing firms. The platform acts as a big-data hub collecting and analyzing a wide set of factors about agencies to assess their potential.
