New Business Manager at a creative agency

Working in a creative environment your role will be to foster the development of the agency on local and international markets. As a New Business Manager, you will be involved in client meetings and client prospection with the ultimate goal of winning more client for the agency.

Biuro Podróży Reklamy is an award-winning agency from Warsaw, in Poland.  Experts in campaigns combining social, web, mobile, search marketing, video, content and influence marketing with technological ambient, and other non-standard activities and innovative technologies. Developers of innovative websites and mobile applications. We are looking for a candidate to join our young and friendly team in Warsaw for an initial Erasmus traineeship which will ideally lead to a full-time employment.

This position is a great opportunity for a sales oriented person with a pro-active mindset and a background in advertising and marketing. 

Job Duties

Together with your manager you will work on various tasks to support agency growth and client wins including but not limited to:

• Prospecting and establishing relationships with new clients
• Participating in client meetings, briefing debriefing, and pitch
• Cold prospection on LinkedIn and through email

• Identifying new strategies to generate leads and promote the agency (international contest,  pro bono work, registering the agency on online directories and marketplaces... )

• Adapting pre-created ideas to new clients

• Collaborate with other teams (creative,  graphic design, media, social media, techno...) to produce deliverables for the presentations

• Preparing reports and research work

Requirements:

• Preferably Master or Bachelor in sales, advertising, marketing, growth hacking, business development or relevant field: business, journalism…
• Must be eligible to Erasmus+ traineeship Grant
• Good command of English both written and spoken (native or bilingual)
• Being an active internet user knowledge of relevant technology and services (CMS, Social media, Google Analytics…)
• Fast and proactive learner enthusiastic about learning new skills
• Passion and critical eye on creativity and the advertising industry
• Polish is not necessary but would be a plus
