The tasks relating to this internship may include:
- Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced and growing industry setting
- Assist with Accounts payable & Receivable documentation
- Data entry
- assist in maintaining and updating quality control policies and preparing for quality audit in relation to ISO 9001:2015
- Assisting in tracking of candidates for open roles within the organisation
- Assistance in current staff management - leave records, attendance etc
- Assist office administrator in her day to day tasks which can range from accounts to assisting high level management in their daily tasks
What we are looking for in an intern:
- 2nd, 3rd year or graduate students
- Posess Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to think and illustrate 'big picture' focus as well as make sure the details are followed-through on
- Advanced Command in English - Written and Spoken (Level B1)
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Able to think creatively in approaching business procedures and key
- Someone who can collaborate with colleagues, yet voice individual stand out ideas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
