ONLINE MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT TRAINEE

This position is in the Housing Department of an Organization which provides support to international students. During the traineeship, the trainees are responsible for helping students to find accommodation for their stay in Lisbon.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

START DATE: As soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in Sales, Marketing, Management or other related area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office
- Extensive knowledge of Web and Social Media (is a plus)
- Strong organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments
- Interest in management and community development

TASKS:

• Online sales through multiple channels
• Meeting and communicating with international clients
• Development and improvement of the department
• Managing the new booking platform
• Communicating with current and future partners

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
