Online Marketing Internship

Over the past year our company has grown tremendously and in the next five years University Housing will become one of the Netherland's leading players in this field. 

The University Housing team consists of enthusiastic and hardworking people who like to share knowledge and develop their personal and professional skills. During your internship you will support the Guest Support team. You will get the opportunity to research and to improve current operations. We also provide qualitative guidance to reflect your learning objectives every couple of months.

Short description of the internship: 

During the internship, you will assist the Guest Support team in analysing marketing reports, reporting and preparing presentations. You will be working closely with our Guest Support Manager and support her in her activities. Using your knowledge and creativity of marketing to come up with contents, communicate with our tenants and maintain our social media channels. Under the supervision of the Department of Guest Support, you will also contribute your ideas about the company culture, methods about marketing. Moreover, the development of your marketing skills will be an essential aspect of the internship.

During your internship, you are assigned the following tasks: 

• Make an online marketing plan and implement this Brand marketing. 

• Manage social media accounts. 

• Write and post content on the website. 

• Implement marketing projects (e.g. promotions and events). 

• Conduct market research (develop expertise in our niche).

• Communicate with our guests.
   

  Minimum experience, education & skill requirements:

• You must be currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other relevant educational degree.

• You must be able to work 40 hours per week for at least 5 months

• You must have good written and verbal skills of the English language (speaking Dutch is an advantage).

• You have work experience in marketing.

• You are familiar with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• You are from a EU country
