Your functions will be:
Manage daily operations with customers and suppliers: assist customers with doubts about the renting contract, stock and conditions, carry out a financial risk study (scoring) for renting approvals, follow up for the closing of sales of customers who have already performed the scoring, as well as closing sales.
Resolve incidents during the hiring and post-sale process: vehicle changes, denied in financial risk, contract cancellation, changes in delivery times, stock control.
Develop collaborations with suppliers; in processes and digital solutions: optimization of the resolutions of the financial risk study, modifications of risk conditions, modifications in contract clauses, optimization of the online sales process.
Make continuous reports of sales, operating figures and KPIs.
Post-sale area management: direct contact with customers and suppliers to confirm and communicate delivery times and addresses, in addition to managing changes requested by both customers and suppliers once the renting contract has been signed.
Define the strategy and commercial and operational implementation of new products and services together with the Italian Operations KAM and the different suppliers.
