Operations - Intern

Our mission is to preserve the authenticity of cities through the power of play. Secret City Trails takes travellers and locals on urban adventures - or city discovery games. During the games you solve a trail of riddles via our web app. Using a web app means no downloads are needed, just a little data. As you solve the riddles you explore a city's hidden gems and unlock stories about the sights and area you are in, as well as (secret) recommendations to wonderful cafes and bars. The trails are a playful, off-the-beaten-track and self-guided way of discovering a city.

About the position

Our operations intern will help us to launch our games on the European market! Your tasks will include helping with the operations of sales and marketing, administrative tasks to run the business smoothly and much more. 

In addition, you’ll have the freedom to test your ideas and run experiments, in other words, be a true entrepreneur. We work in a fun (we do make games for a living!) and fast-paced (it’s a startup) environment. We're a small team, so you’ll be working directly with the founders and your voice will have an influence and effect on different aspects of our business.

What you’ll do:

• Support and execute operations of our sales

• Execute various paid/organic marketing campaigns; Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads

• Create content for social media marketing, Facebook & Instagram, and blog posts 

• Analyse digital marketing campaigns and dig deep in the data to set up new experiments

• Support business development efforts 

You:

• Speak fluent English (other languages are a plus!)

The process
