Operations Working Student Munich

YOUR MISSION 

As part of the Berlin Operations team, you will be responsible for the operations of our kitchen partner in Berlin and making sure our customers are delighted every day by our service. 

The following tasks will be part of your role: 

• Working closely with our kitchen partner and assisting in the daily needs of the operation 

• Ensuring meals are delivered to our standards, on time and in full 

• Taking care of the day to day logistics around the operation of the partner and managing the delivery couriers 

• Collaborate with customer support to ensure any customer complaints and queries are addressed 

• Implement any promotional activities in collaboration with the growth department 

• Maintain performance scorecards and prepare reports on a weekly basis for management 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 

• Fluent in English and German 

• Must be able to work and problem solve independently as well as be highly functional in a team-based environment 

• You have already earned your first experience in an operational role 

• A degree in business, hospitality or supply chain is a plus
