Description:
This offer involves a multi-faceted field of work with many opportunities for personal and professional development in a sports environment.
What will you do?
- Working in a sports complex, which hosts football and padel games and tournaments, sells equipment (balls, rackets, etc) and provides a café service.
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as providing information, dealing with customer queries, money handing and digital payments.
- Be responsible for accurate data recording and processing for business development.
- Oversee booking platforms and provide efficient and friendly customer service.
About you:
- Great communication skills, ideally have a high level of English; Portuguese or Spanish will be considered a big plus!
- Interpersonal skills: Being open-minded, having a positive, proactive approach and high level of engagement with the role.
- Business acumen: problem solving skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to take initiative and professional handling of daily tasks.
- Have a passion for sport and enjoy combining this with business administration.
- Multi-tasking capability and organisational skills; ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, trust-worthy and reliable.
- Not essential, but very helpful if you have your own transport.
