General information
The Partner Success Associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group’s hotels, and all accommodations types in our high demand EMEA flywheel markets have great rates and room types available for the Expedia travelers at all times.
In doing so, Partner Success Associates will also continuously work with Expedia Group’s hotel and accommodation partners to help them improve their end-to-end competitive position taking the most from their participation in the Expedia marketplace. You will work as part of a team, with the primary goal of improving the conversion rate for our high-demand markets.
You will closely work in collaboration with other co-located account management teams to ensure the right and competitive conditions across high demand markets and ultimately provide the best product on EG shelves for our loyal customers.
What you'll do:

This is a predominantly phone-based role and you will be reaching out to a portfolio of existing accommodation partners each day. You will closely work with these hotel partners

Optimize rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia sites to increase customer conversion

Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs

Work side by side with other account management teams to secure an aligned and effective level of competitiveness across high demanded EMEA markets.

Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central to make them independent in managing all the core aspects of our marketplace and make the mutual business more sustainable over the partners’ lifecycle.

Re-establish core fundamentals to re-engage with dormant hotel partners

Who you are:

Passionate and enthusiastic about the travel industry and enjoy talking to hotel and accommodation partners throughout the day

Proficiency in the Spanish language. Another European language is a strong plus.
