Partnership Manager Internship:

 

 

Internship Terms:

  • Duration: 3-6 months unpaid Internship

  • Working hours: part-time 3 days a week with free time to experience Berlin

  • Start date: looking for beginning of April/May but flexible (recruitment during all year)

  • Candidate must be progressing into their 4th or 5th year of studies

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the Berlin and must also be available for a Skype interview

 

Tasks:

  • Identify potential partners to develop new business opportunities for our studio

  • Establish new business relationships by always generating the greatest conceivable value

  • Be the contact person for retailers throughout all phases of the sales process (from initial contact, engagement, pitching and closing deals)

  • Advise our partners and support them with the integration of their deals on our platform

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Graphic Designer team members

  • Prepare sales agreements, support contract signings and track deadlines

  • Liaise with the ecosystem to plan and deliver the successful opening of new points of sales

  • Organize new points of sales management

  • Collect invoices, build and update the dashboard, manage claims, collect and issue payments to suppliers

  • Build strong working relationships with existing clients, share best practices

  • Maintain appropriate levels of communication and manage crises where necessary

 

 

Your profile:

  • Speaker of English, German is a big plus

  • Learning Quickly. An ability to quickly grasp complex issues and systems and understand the role of partnerships within

  • Decision-Making. Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities, takes initiative, drives for results, ability to prioritize work, communicates problems and proposes solutions, as appropriate; sound, mature judgment and integrity.

  • Execution. Sense of urgency and responsibility, meets deadlines; action-oriented and entrepreneurial, flexible work style; ability to multi-task and work under pressure, detail oriented.

  • Partnership and Relationship Building. Thoughtful and enthusiastic internal and/or external ambassador for the company mission and values; intercultural appreciation; respectful, adaptable and flexible; can work independently as well as in teams.

  • Strategic Ability. Anticipates future opportunities and consequences, demonstrates innovative approach to work, ability to organize chaos into coherent plan.

The internship is unpaid. It can be part-time and remote. The duration is flexible 3-6 months and the starting date as well.
