This internship is a part of the Placement Slovakia program organizing professional internships for foreign higher education students in Slovakia within Erasmus+ program. All applying candidates have to be confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships, provided by their higher education institution covering the whole internship period.

Position description:
We are a growing start-up and we need someone to help us even more! We are currently looking for reinforcement in the form of a smart person with strong analytical thinking and financial knowledge. If you are familiar with numbers, payments and at the same time like to communicate with people, read on the job description:
- Control of company orders from a financial point of view
- Invoicing to company partners
- Matching of payments in the internal system
- Communication with the suppliers
- Communication with the sales department to ensure a smooth payment process for orders
Qualifications:
- Economic and financial education (min. first level of university education or student)
- We will also consider graduates or candidates with the previous experience in the positions of invoice clerk, financial analyst of other economic positions
- English language at B2 level
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, efficiency in decision-making
- The ability of representative communication
Knowledge and skills the trainee can learn during the internship:
- learning how payment system works in renting sector
- learning of commision based model
- communication across the sales and customer care department
- communication with different charter companies all around the world
