Label and dispense prescriptions and assist with impromptu formulations.
Assist with stock management and ordering processes to ensure appropriate stocks of medicines are kept within the pharmacy, including helping with incoming deliveries.
Handle out of all client prescriptions, which means that the role can involve lengthy periods of standing.
Operate EPOS till systems, including updates, price changes
Assess customer enquiries and obtain relevant and appropriate assistance.
Commit to ongoing training to aid knowledge/progression.
Provide help to clients on health issues and seek assistance from a pharmacist, when appropriate
Stock control to ensure there is not out of date stock or medicinal items on shelves.
Work in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures for processes within the pharmacy
Studying towards a degree in Pharmacy.
Experience in community pharmacy is an advantage.
Courteous and friendly approach, experience in customer facing role advantageous.
Experience in working as a part of a team and willingness to get involved with tasks.
