Description: 

The Alberto Carbonell Lab (https://www.AlbertoCarbonellLab.com) is currently seeking a highly motivated student to work at the Institute for Plant Molecular and Cellular Biology (IBMCP) (http://www.ibmcp.csic.es/en). The hosting organization is in Valencia, Spain. The successful applicant must have a background in Biotechology, Molecular Biology, Plant Sciences or similar.

We are looking for an intern who is highly motivated to work in an interdisciplinary environment at the interface between biological aspects such as the mechanisms underlying ARGONAUTE-mediated silencing response upon stresses and the development of highly efficient small RNA-based tools for fine-tuning plant gene expression and enhance crop protection.

The intern will join our team to design and perform experiments, while participating in daily tasks of the laboratory.
