responsibilities

 

There will be a lot of things for you to do during the day as a Polish Call Center Agent:

  • You will act as the first point of contact for all Polish language speaking clients
  • You will receive customer inquiries via inbound calls and chats
  • You will undertake some data entry via software programs
  • You will offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions

requirements

 

In order for you to become a member of this interesting team acting like a Polish Call Center Agent you need to have the following skills:

  • You should be a native or fluent Polish speaker 
  • You should have fluency in English
  • You should have technical mindset
  • You should possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal
