**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE** Part online, working abroad in the EU (during project meetings and activities) and occasionally working from our London or Dublin offices

We are currently involved in a high number of projects and have the perfect opportunity for someone wishing to gain valuable experience in project development and management. 

The successful applicant will be involved in the management of projects, production of multiple project outputs and resources, while helping the project reach its goals.

The right candidate will require: Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Google GSuite/Docs), fast and accurate typing skills, great eye for detail and the ability to produce professional documents. 

Main duties include (but are not limited to): 

  • Project administation
  • Researching topics and information online
  • Delivering accurate and up-to-date information for the production of project resources
  • Seeking out new and varied data sources
  • Creating research guides and other training material
  • Writing short blog posts, articles and email newsletters
  • Assisting with project development
  • Promoting awareness of the available data sources and broader research best practices
  • Creating information packs 
  • Processing participants applications and documentation
  • Proof-reading / checking of project-related material and documents
  • Handling enquiries, passing on calls/emails to stakeholders, management and other team members 
  • Maintaining database systems and records
  • Managing social media campaigns
  • Updating project diaries
  • Conduct ad-hoc duties or specific tasks assigned by the supervisors

This role is for 3 - 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position, for the right candiate.

Due to travelling requirements, applicants must hold an EU passport.
