Since USB runs many projects during the year, the intern will have the opportunity to assist in the implementation of other projects at all stages of them (human resources, management of participants, plan of activities, financial management etc.) and also during the evaluation of the projects. Moreover they will assist the coordinator and the mentor of the volunteers and help and in the implementation of info-days for youth mobility programmes and other local activities and workshops.

The role of the job will be adjusted according to the needs, experience and interest of the intern. Therefore, we are open to discuss everyone's plan and adapt it in our organsation since the fields of our experience and work are also wide. The duration and the time of start and end of the internship is also negotiable.

Interns will gain an experience on how a youth organisation is working, the roles of the staff in it. They will increase their communication skills and learn how to work in a multicultural environment with many volunteers from abroad. They will have the opportunity to take part in youth projects, seminars, trainings that USB organises or is partner of. Interns will increase their communication, management and networking skills as USB is member of many networks of the civil society, both international and local.
