Tactile Studio is an inclusive design agency and manufacturing studio that specializes in cultural facilities. We have positioned ourselves as pioneers and leaders in the field of cultural inclusive design, associating ourselves with some of the most prestigious institutions in the cultural sector including the Louvre Paris, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Philharmonie de Paris amongst others.
We have studios in Paris, Berlin and Montreal.
Internship description
As we develop and expand ourselves, we are opening a position as a versatile intern in terms of project management and communication. The goal? Is to maintain support for both our project managers in their daily tasks as well as our communication manager.
Project Management & Sales (50%)

Helping and insuring the smooth running of ongoing project

Handling administrative tasks in support of project management

Updating the CRM (customer database)

Participation in response to calls about tender and price quotations

Canvassing through email and taking on appointments for sales representatives : in order to find and prospect potential end-customers : heritage sites, museums, monuments, parks, gardens and others
Communication (50%)

Social media (interacting with communities, competitive intelligence, supporting the setting up for editorial planning…)

Help with conceptualizing and sending of our newsletters

Help with the publication of articles on our web site (preparing visuals, translations, uploading…)

Creating a press database (German, English, Canadian, French)

Help with the planification of events (salons, conferences…)
Requirements
- An interest in art, culture and museums : as these will be your main contacts
- A sensitivity to pedagogy : knowing how to decipher and make content accessible to all
- The desire to work for people with disabilities.
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
- An entrepreneurial and commercial vision
- A high level of autonomy
- Being familiar with the social media world
- Proficiency in English and German (French is a +)
Compensation: No salary, this intership is addressed to students receiving the Erasmus grant.
