Criteria:

All candidates must be attending a higher education course where internship/placement is requisite for course qualification. A scholarship or grant programme must be in place for the required internship from a relevant programme such as Erasmus, Comenius, Youth in Action or European Community Leonardo da Vinci.

Internship Role Coverage:

The internship will cover a unique mixture of office administration tasks and in-depth office research and support responsibilities, alongside logistics and manpower management.

 

This will include:

  • Efficient project management, administration and logistics.
  • Management of “whole lifecycle” of a project from handover, to delivery of an energised scheme.
  • Completion of all associated project contractual requirements i.e. operation, administration, communications and logistics.
  • Client communications, verbal and administrative.
  • Contract negotiation with the client under the supervision of managers.
  • Execute project critical path analysis and project risk assessment.
  • Execute mapping of project communications, milestones and timescales.
  • Successfully manage issues and risks highlighted in the critical path analysis and project risk assessment towards meeting business/contract objectives.
  • Financial analysis and management of project deliverables, including project contractual obligations and ensuring the project is maintained in a positive state for the duration of the project.
  • Issuing reports, financial, logistical, and operational for all projects to senior directors.
  • Managing the process and workflow of the project.
  • Create, maintain and update a contract workflow and programme, and maintaining development.
  • Collaborate with project management team to standardise project management processes.
  • Meeting client expectations, timely liaison and ensuring projects are carried out in a competent and professional manner.
  • Interface with stakeholders and understand project needs of each business involved.
  • Manage the quality of project execution, including quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Organise internal and external project meetings.
  • Executing efficient organisation (logistics and administration).
  • Database organisation e.g. statistics, metrics of project management.
  • Office and resources organisation.
  • Progress to understand the business strategy and the wider business issue.
  • Operate efficiently and effectively on an autonomous level.
  • Be a natural problem solver, rigorous planner and strong influencer.
  • Discuss Project Management issues, budget and large data/metrics.

  • THIS INTERNSHIP IS UNPAID AND YOU WILL NEED TO SECURE AN ERASMUS GRANT/SCHOLARSHIP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
  • THIS INTERNSHIP IS BASED AT THE HALIFAX SALES AND MARKETING OFFICE IN UK.
  • THIS ROLE IS IN HIGH DEMAND, SO YOU WILL BE TESTED AT THE END OF THE FIRST MONTH TO CONFIRM WHETHER YOU ARE AT A STANDARD TO PROCEED, AND RECEIVE ADVANCED IMPROVEMENT COACHING.
  • WE SUPPORT, PROVIDE FOCUS AND ENHANCE HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND SELF-DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE PROVIDED WITH SOLID INDUSTRY AND COMMERCIAL AWARENESS, AND ADVANCED PREPARATION FOR HIGHER LEVEL ROLES.
