Position Overview:
As a Project Management Intern at Erasplus, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team and gain practical insights into project planning, execution, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders.
- Task Coordination: Help in coordinating project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Participate in resource allocation and utilization planning.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions provided during the internship.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn
- English to a C1 level
- Some knowledge of Spanish beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
