Property Care Assistant

We are a vacation rental company based in Barcelona. Every year we take on a 3-4 month intern for the summer months to help in our fast paced operations department. With over 100 villas and high season, the operations department is at it's peak. 

This position is the heart of our operations. Ensuring we deliver on our obligations to our guests. Working closely with various different departments to ensure each guest has a smooth stay. Includes coordinating property repairs, programming our guest app , owner and guest contact and organisation, customer service, and resolving client complaints. To put it simply, if there is a problem, you need to take the measures to fix it! Spanish and English language skills are required and French is helpful.  This position can be onsite or potentially remote based.
