Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing flat inventories, ensuring the condition of flats is maintained, and assisting students with their check-in process. Additionally, you will create welcome videos to help students acclimate to their new flats and the city. You will also be involved in coordinating maintenance tasks for basic appliances, communicating with repairmen and handymen, and ensuring the timely resolution of tenant maintenance requests. Tracking and managing all property amenities will also be a part of your responsibilities.

What We Require:

If you are a motivated student seeking an internship opportunity and meet the following criteria, you could be a perfect fit:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a European university and willing to relocate to Budapest
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt dynamically
• Strong organizational abilities
• Have a basic understanding of electronics and household appliances
• Being an engineering student is a plus
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above)
• Knowledge of any other European language (a plus)
• Adaptability to work in a new and international environment
• Fast response and motivated attitude
• No previous experience is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Any technical or electrical skill is a plus
