Leading Real Estate Agency in Tenerife offering internship placements in the Commercial department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Real Estate business. The tasks involve direct interaction with clients and also back office duties, answering requests about flats via phone, email and WhatsApp, giving information about the rental and sale process in English and Spanish.

Internship responsibilities:

• Following the real estate market, and getting new properties for the agency database, both online and by physically interacting with the potential sellers;

• Analyzing, classifying and arranging the potential buyers following the company procedure;

• Propose and suggest new properties to the agency client database;

• Giving information about Real Estate subjects, like purchase and reservation process, choosing the right area, property price guide, etc.;

• Answering requests about properties via phone, email and WhatsApp and organizing visits.  

Requirements:

• Educational background in business studies;

• Good communication skills;

• Taste for figures and results, organization, autonomy, creativity.

Knowledge, skills, and competencies to be acquired by the end of the traineeship (expected Learning Outcomes):

• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships that allow working in teams and in diverse and multicultural environments;

HOUSING

We offer housing in a 3 bedrooms duplex with 6 single beds, with maximum capacity of 6 pax . Monthly price of housing is 267,5€  plus water, internet and electricity bills, to be paid by the student. The apartment is located within 5 minutes walk from the office, so no transport needed.

The job of a real estate agent is commision-based, so apart of the Erasmus grant, we also offer financial compensation, which is a percentage of the commissions the company gets from all deals, so more hardworking is the student, the better is the possible income! The students with the best results will be offered to continue working with us here in Tenerife, or online from their countries after finishing the internship.
