Description:
Main responsibilities
- Assist your Buddy in his/her recruitment process, from screening CVs and interviewing
- Execute good quality candidates' search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies your Buddy and you are managing
- Check candidates' skills in phone calls and face-to-face interviews
- Understand clients' hiring needs, aiming at finding the best candidates for their positions
- After three months, manage your own recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
- Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates
- Work together with your buddy in order to achieve monthly and weekly targets
- After six months, you will have the possibility to be promoted to Recruitment Consultant
Core skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Grads or students)
- People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
- Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
- Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
- Confident communication skills
- Bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to learn and take ownership of his or her work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional and positive attitude
