Description: 

Main responsibilities

  • Assist your Buddy in his/her recruitment process, from screening CVs and interviewing
  • Execute good quality candidates' search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies your Buddy and you are managing
  • Check candidates' skills in phone calls and face-to-face interviews
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, aiming at finding the best candidates for their positions
  • After three months, manage your own recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
  • Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates
  • Work together with your buddy in order to achieve monthly and weekly targets
  • After six months, you will have the possibility to be promoted to Recruitment Consultant

Core skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Grads or students)
  • People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
  • Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
  • Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
  • Confident communication skills 
  • Bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to learn and take ownership of his or her work
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Professional and positive attitude
