Main Responsibilities:

  • Writing and placing job advertisements on various job portals and social media
  • Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates in social media networks and in our database
  • Assisting your colleagues in various recruitment related fields and many more exciting tasks!
  • Creating and Maintaining a long lasting relationship with candidates


Core Skills/experience:

  • Native level of Dutch + High level of English
  • Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
  • People-oriented, able to build successful relationships at a business level
  • Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
  • Flexible personality, capable
  • Passion for and recruitment
