WAY-HR is a Human Resources consulting firm offering (among others) recruitment services. As part of the development of our activities related to the recruitment of specific profiles, we are looking for an intern in 2020.
Description of the role :
- Search and recruit experts in Data Science.
- Publish, manage and track ads posted online
- Search, sorting and selection of CVs (CV Sourcing)
- Pre-selection and selection of candidates
- Tracking applications in the recruitment process
- Participate in the improvement of internal processes.
Desired profile :
- You are following a Bachelor or a Master;
- You speak English (French is a plus);
- You want to discover the world of recruitment;
- You are autonomous and able to take on responsibilities;
- You are organised and able to meet deadlines.
