Remote eLearning Designer Internship

As a Remote eLearning Designer with Inco, you will work with SMEs remotely on designing and developing e-learning experiences, using your knowledge and initiative! We expect you to be creative, engaging, and reliable. We are looking for a student who is ready to develop their skills while they contribute to our team and build their portfolio. Since this is the beginning of a journey, we are looking for the right intern with long-term potential.

Ideally, this would satisfy a course project or other requirement for your degree. We know that you are busy, so we won't ask for more of your time than you need to collaborate with us in the creation the outputs we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Think creatively and develop lessons and activities, working closely with SMEs
• Research for inspiration, investigation, and analysis
• Collaborate—work with the team, listen, vocalise and ideate
• Contribute to the creation of clear design documents, storyboards, templates or prototypes that enable course SMEs and trainers to visualise the planned content.
• Contribute to the development of learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans Refine your work based on feedback from the rest of the team

Key skills

• Academic knowledge of and/or experience working in instructional design
• Your own personal access to the software and hardware that you'll need to complete the work

• Pursuing or possesses a degree in training, instructional design or a related field
