Casamona International is a Real Estate company located in the heart of Barcelona, offering high quality professional and personal services which cater to the needs of buyers, sellers and renters alike.
We are looking for a capable Rental Agent Intern to present and lease properties to prospective clients. You will work as an intermediary between apartment owners and clients in order to rent properties
in Barcelona. You will start as an assistant and when the rental coordinator thinks you are ready you can become a rental agent.
Requirements
You must have a high level of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
You must be able to work a minimum of 4 months.
You must be independent, detail-oriented and organized in order to manage your schedule.You must have confident communications skills in order to work with clients on a daily basis.
You must have problem-solving skills and negotiation skills when faced with clients and possible deals.
Compensation: No fixed salary - 100% commission-based.
Maxiumum of 35 hours a week
