Description:

Who we are
At BladeInsight, our mission is to empower decision-makers in the renewable energy sector with
technological solutions for more assertive decision-making on blade maintenance, driving down the cost
of wind energy through advanced robotics and ML-powered analytics. By allying powerful technology with
blade expertise, BladeInsight provides visibility over the state of wind turbine blades for data-driven
maintenance planning and long-term optimization.
We have developed solutions for the internal and external inspection of wind turbine blades, including an
internal rover and autonomous drone solution with state-of-the-art sensors. The data collected is
processed on the BladeInsight cloud platform, where we use Image Processing and Machine Learning to
help our clients know the status of their wind blades and how to best manage them. Thanks to these
solutions, we have inspected over 22,000 blades in 20 countries.

Our team is our core asset. We believe on betting on its members, enabling them to grow in proportion to
skills and not seniority. Therefore, we are looking for people who are solution-oriented, curious, and
