The trainee is expected to have a deep interest in communication and arts (mostly contemporary dance and acting), be skilled in writing, willing to interact with artists and be involved in event organization. English B2 minimum, Italian B2 minimum, any other language is a plus.

The trainee will be involved in the organization of an artist residency, which is one of the founding pillars of the Association's activities. The trainee may choose to support the communication activities of the residency programme by developing a communication line based on writing, photography, audiovisual materials, or any other forms as long as such forms do not interfere with the proper execution of the residency programme.
