Sales and Marketing Assistant

Westhouse is a staffing and consulting company with fourteen subsidiaries globally, which is specialized on the selection and placement of IT experts, especially from the SAP environment as well as experts from the Engineering or Commercial sector.

For our branch in MILAN, we are currently searching for MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT (m/f)

YOUR TASKS:

• Support of Marketing and Sales Department;

SALES activities:

• Market analysis,
• Client list preparation;
• Client contact (email, phone, cold calls);
• Presentation preparation.

MARKETING activities:

• Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook);
• Produce content on NEW TECH (Blockchain, Big Data,… )
• Creative flyer preparation;
• Event organization;

YOUR SKILLS:

• Fluent in English and Italian, other foreign language would be a plus;
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe InDesign or similar programs;
• Knowledge of MS Office Package;
• Good communication skills;
• Target orientation;
• Creative thinking;
• Willingness to learn;
• Flexibility;
• Multitasking.
