At NeoSound we help call centres optimize customer communication by listening to customer calls automatically. Our smart algorithms help analyze enormous amounts of recorded calls and filter the top of the most emotional and other attention-seeking calls.

Our team is distributed across The Netherlands, Germany, Belarus and Spain.

You will be responsible for developing new business partnerships and opportunities for the NeoSound SaaS Platform in order to build a competitive market position for NeoSound within the Western European market.

We expect:

  • Highly developed communicative skills. You should love to speak to people. Staying alone in silence should be a nightmare for you.
  • Desire to learn about artificial intelligence and voice recognition technologies.
  • Desire to learn B2B SaaS sales in a startup environment.
  • Fluent in English
  • Good at German or Dutch
