Description: 

Looking for individuals interested in participating in the Erasmus internship program and possess sales skills. This internship program offers the opportunity to gain experience in sales and earn a share of the profits from sales. Interns will receive a portion of the profits as an incentive.

Job Description:

Support sales activities and contribute to the company's sales goals.
Provide information about products and services to potential customers and manage the sales process.
Understand customer needs and increase sales by offering the right products.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Students or recent graduates with an interest or experience in sales.
Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.
Team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computer and internet usage.
Proficiency in English is a plus.

Training Opportunities:

Interns will learn the fundamentals of international trade upon starting the internship.
They will gain a comprehensive understanding of sales and procurement processes.
Training will be provided on factors influencing purchasing decisions and sales strategies.
They will receive training in subconscious work and communication skills to enhance personal development.
