Your role and your tasks:

As a Sales Support Intern - French-speaking (m/f/x) with a focus on the French market, you will support our E-Commerce Specialists in expanding our sales inside France and the Benelux region. In your daily tasks, you will:

• Conduct research on the French-speaking market.
• Identify potential new prospects and understand their needs so you can add value to the conversation.
• Shadow Account executives for 1on1 training and personal development.
• Generate custom reports and analysis with the support of Account Executives to identify potential upselling opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the content success teams to understand critical trends of growth and actionable insights.
• Become a specialist in SaaS solutions sales & business development.
• Learn about the E-commerce landscape and shape your career in Sales or Customer Success.

Now let's talk about you:

• You are doing a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or any related field and are looking to do your mandatory internship.
• You have excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• You are hungry for self-development which leads you to an execution-driven work ethic
• You are fluent in English and French, any additional language knowledge is a plus
• You possess overall outstanding verbal and written communication skills
