SER Brusque - Sports Management

SER Brusque is located in Brusque, Santa Catarina (Brazil). We are a non-profit organization that promotes the practice of basketball for children and adolescents.

We are currently looking for a profile to assist our sports management processes, our project was recently approved in the largest sports financing system in the country through the sports incentive law.

Among the tasks performed at this internship, we can mention:

- Understand theoretical and practical tools for the strategic planning development;
- Analyze and decide within the scope of strategic and operational management;
- Evaluate financial and non-financial performance, linking strategic and operational organizational goals.
