this human world - International Human Rights Film Festival is the first of its kind in Austria, founded in 2008 in Vienna. We are excited to announce that this year's edition will take place from November 30th to December 10th, 2023. We are expecting a range of international guests and a diverse selection of thought-provoking films, discussions, debates, panels, and workshops.
We are currently looking for a Shipping and Guest Coordination intern for a 4-month period. In this position, you will work closely with the festival production team to ensure the smooth coordination of guests and shipping. As an intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with international film distributors and guests
- Negotiating film rights and coordinating film prints
- Preparing rental contracts
- Managing the shipment of advertising material for the films
- Assisting with hospitality and accommodation arrangements for the festival guests
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Open-minded and creative
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in cinema, art, and political/human rights topics
- Fluency in English (B2 level)
