I am personal development coach based in Tenerife, Spain. I am helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals. I am currently seeking a dynamic Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in expanding our online presence and outreach efforts.

Job Description:

As a Social Media and Marketing Intern, you will collaborate to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our audience across various social media platforms. Your role will involve creating captivating content, interacting with followers, and implementing marketing strategies to promote our coaching services. Responsibilities include:

• Designing visually appealing graphics and posts for social media channels.
• Actively engaging with our audience, responding to inquiries, and fostering community interaction.
• Growing our social media following and increasing engagement through organic methods.
• In collaboration, generating original content ideas and contributing to content creation efforts.
• Editing and optimizing videos for social media platforms.
• Scheduling and publishing posts across multiple social media channels.
• Assisting in the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitoring social media trends and industry news to provide insights and recommendations.
• Conducting research to identify relevant online communities and groups for outreach.
• Posting and sharing content in relevant online groups and communities.
• Providing support in various marketing tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• As part of your role, you will also provide assistance with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the efficient operation of our coaching programs and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Experience in video editing software and tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing and personal development.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data analysis is a plus.
• English B2
